Religion has since the history of mankind made all men to pursue purity and serenity , it has tried to keep humans focused towards their everyday life thereby reminding them to monitor their actions in order to live right. but politics over the years have in one way made men to struggle  to acquire power and dominance without minding the effects in eternal life or the rewards  after life.
